Well, this is a model of a world, where souls interacts to each other, separates, etc
The biggest flask - Earth - Here enters new souls(birth) then evolutionate goodly or badly, then they are going to next flask above:
(death and god's judje) - here souls are separated on "sinners" and "holyes".
Sinners moves down in a red flask (it is hell, of course)
Holyes - to Paradise.
God can removes sinners and holyes out and enters new souls. As well it is possible to affect on earth trough hell and paradise tubes(!) i know you come across with it!
